A representative from the University of Alaska Anchorage will be here to speak with any junior or senior student interested in attending UAA today during lunch in the old CRC. Come learn all about the campus, admissions process, financial aid, and all the different programs offered at UAA.
The 5th Annual Spring Fashion Show is tonight @ 7pm in the auditeria. Tickets will be available at lunch and at the door for $8.
All National Honor Society Inductees and officers, remember that you have a mandatory meeting today at lunch in the Auditeria. We will be rehearsing for induction, so make sure you are on time!
Looking for a summer job or a new career? At the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport Job Fair, there are all kinds of great opportunities with aviation-related businesses. The Fair is Saturday, March 22 from 10 am to 3 pm in the North Terminal. Parking is free and there’s no cost to attend.

Auditions for graduation performances will take place April 2nd at 2:15 in the choir room. All senior individuals and groups are welcome to audition for the National Anthem or another song. Please sign up in F209 if you plan to audition.
The written LPF test will be Thursday, April 10th at 10:30 a.m. in room G214.
The practice session for the FULL LPF test out will be Thursday, April 17th at 10:30 a.m. in room G214.
If you are planning on taking either test, please see your counselor to sign up.
AP Exam Information The payment window will be open through Friday, March 21st at 11am. Pay online with credit/debit card through Zangle Parent Connect or pay at South with cash/check (made out to SAHS) to Mrs. Thornton in the front office.
Then register for the exam(s) you plan to take. Print your receipt if you pay online or get a receipt from Mrs. Thornton and BRING it to Mrs. Traeger in the curriculum office to register. She will have a form for you to select the specific test(s) you will be taking. Tests are $89/each. No discount for multiple tests. March 21st is the deadline: NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Question of the Week: After 2015, will there be any future changes to the APS? The answer is ‘Not that I am aware of!’ As you all know, the Legislature and/or State Board of Education can always propose changes however at this time, the 2015 and Beyond Checklist is the final implementation piece to the APS. Thank you for your patience.
If you have requested transcripts either online or by filling out the form, please pick them up in the Curriculum Office. Transcripts are not mailed out for current students. Official transcripts are in a signed sealed envelope and you need to adhere postage, address them, and mail them out.
ALL Cross Country Skiers and Wrestlers must remove their belongings from the locker room by this Friday or they will be removed and donated.
